Cris had been leading hybrid teams for almost 20 years before the pandemic hit.
Through trial and error (and lots of practical experience), he had come to be able to lead people to perform at their peak – no matter where they’re working from, or what’s going on.
When the pandemic hit he realised that other leaders had not had the same opportunity - or the training - to transform their existing skills for the virtual workplace:
